Custom Pet Portrait - A4 PRINT AND UK DELIVERY*

Treat yourself to a unique custom pet portrait in my playful and whimsical illustration style!

PLEASE NOTE:
- *This listing is for UK residents. If you're outside of the UK and you make a purchase, I will invoice you for extra postage costs or refund your order.

- This listing is for a physical A4 print which will be posted to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Purchase the listing depending on how many pets you have and whether or not you would like a leaf border adding.

2. Email [email protected] with full body photographs of your lovely pets, showing their faces, colours, markings and any other details that are important to them. Please let me know their names and specific breed if possible. You can include collars and accessories worn by the pets, as long as photographs are provided.

3. I will respond with a timeline for your pet portrait. Your files will be ready no later than 10 working days after I have received your photographs. If there is a particular date you would like the print for then please let me know and I will try to accommodate this.

4. After exchanging proofs and making any required changes**, I will go ahead with printing the artwork on high quality paper and send to you ASAP via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Throughout the process I will keep you updated with shipping.

**Changes are available to be requested during the first round of proofs. Once the final proof has been sent to you for approval a payment of £10 will be required for any amendments.

RETUNS AND EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges on physical pet portraits as this is custom art printed to order.

You will have 48 hours from sending the payment to cancel for a full refund. Email me at [email protected] within this period for your refund.

If during the process you are not happy with how the commission is going then please let me know ASAP. I would rather work with you to find a resolution that is best for the both of us.
